The Spring 2025 general community meeting will be held June 12, Thursday at 6:00PM. All HOA board members will be rotating off of the board and new officers will be voted on. If you will not able to attend in person you can submit your proxy either to the board before the meeting or with a neighbor attending the meeting.
It will be held at the Brevard Veterans Memorial Center.
The Spring 2025 general community meeting failed to meet the quorum required to pass any votes or spending items. The current 2026 Budget is attached below. Anyone wanting further information can contact the Board.

Garbage and Yard Waste Pick-up
Garbage is picked up twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Yard waste and recycling is picked up on Friday. The holiday schedule is as follows.

There will be no make-up days.
For larger pick-ups of yard waste, grapple trucks (claw trucks) can be requested by calling the county at North Brevard (321) 636-6894. They generally have a 48 hour response time.
